The words contained in the following lists are an excellent guide for
clearly showing parents or teachers the precise reading words their student(s)
need in order to score in the top 10% for their grade level on standardized tests
(i.e. Woodcock-Johnson)

Words were compiled from extensive analysis of Grade Level textbooks, literature,
and reading books including Houghton Mifflin, Scholastic and Accelerated Reader.
Use these lists as an excellent tool to assess a student's weaknesses and current reading level.
